Orders placed through Boudiche.com are lovingly hand picked by our small team of Boudiche girls, and tissue or gift wrapped before being dispatched all over the world.

Standard UK Delivery (£2) - 2 - 4 working days by Royal Mail recorded delivery

Express UK Delivery (£8) Next Working Day*

An express UK delivery service is available, *for orders placed prior to 1pm express delivery will be next working day. Express UK delivery charged is £8. Orders received after 1pm, we'll do our best to get out for next working day delivery but is guaranteed for the next again working day. Tip - if you've just missed the 1pm cut off and need for the next day, give one of our lovely boutique staff a call on (0131) 226-6688 and ask very nicely. Bribery by promises of chocolate often works a treat, depending on how fast they can wrap to get in the 3pm pick up....

'Mega' Urgent delivery
If you require urgent receipt of your lingerie order (within 24 hours) please call and we’ll be happy to assist you. Delivery will be charged at cost, which will be quoted prior to delivery. We love a challenge, and have hand delivered, taxi delivered, out of hours delivered lingerie on many an occassion.

International Standard Delivery (£15)
4 - 6 Days

International delivery is charged at £15 for standard delivery, delivery will be within 4 - 6 days or order, by international courier service with signature on delivery.

International Express Delivery (£30)
2 - 4 working days (usually arrives in 2)

International Express Delivery is available for deliveries worldwide within 2 - 4 working days. Express International Delivery is charged at £30.

Collect From Boutique
For those of you lucky enough to live close enough to the Edinburgh Boudiche Boutique, we now offer a pick up from the boutique service. Select at checkout, and you will not be charged any delivery charge. Your goods will be complimentary gift wrapped, and waiting for you to collect from the boutique. Please see our about us section on the website for current opening hours. Single Yellow Line parking outside the boutique allows 5 minutes waiting time for quick collection, or call us from a mobile and we'll pop it out to your car for you.

Delivery Addresses
Orders may be delivered to business or residential addresses. You may specify a different delivery address, if wish for a gift to be delivered directly.

Tracking your order
If you require information about the status of your order please contact us and a member of our staff will be happy to help. We use a small number of carefully selected carriers, depending on the time, size and destination of your delivery. Please e-mail onlinesales@boudiche.com.

Taxes
All goods within the UK are charged VAT at 17.5%, all the prices quoted on the Boudiche site are inclusive of VAT. Please note that any overseas orders may be subject to further taxes and import duties. These charges are out of our control and will vary from country to country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
