We offer a free returns service for exchanges (also posted out to you free!) and refunds if you're not happy with any items or want to try something different.

Any items purchased as Christmas presents can be returned up until the 15th January for a refund or exchange.

Our customer service staff are all trained fitters and self confessed lingerie addicts who'll be able to talk you through our ranges as well as advising on fit making sure you have the perfect purchase.
