This Fayreform body suit has been a huge hit since it arrived instore.  It is quite a snug fit in the back, so we suggest going up a back size in it, and adjusting the cup size down one.  So if you are usually a 32E, try a 34DD.  If you usually wear a 34D, try a 36D.  If this is too confusing, call one of our boutique fitters on our web helpline on 0845 475 0250 and they will chat you through this.  Or try the size you usually are, and if you do find it a little tight simply exchange it.
