Aubade

The original luxury French label Aubade continuously re-invents its classic look to produce opulent, luxurious, and undeniably French lingerie. Aubade lingerie is made from the finest fabrics and delicate lace. This underwear was inspired by courtly love, and the choice of the name Aubade is itself suggestive of seduction. An aubade is poem or song, dating back to the Middle Ages, about lovers seperating at dawn .

Each Aubade bra, knicker and suspender is unique, no less than 15 different fabrics in each bra from high profile fabrics to small reinforcements. Each lingerie collection requires long months of work. From first imaginings, to the underwear's delivery to the Boudiche boutique two years will have elapsed.

In 1968 Aubade launched its first advertising campaign, claiming that "for your moments of tenderness, Aubade is your discreet ally."
